Celebrating the Best of the Best!

Horsetown USA Hall of Fame has been honoring Champions since 2008. This is a unique program to celebrate and recognize equestrian excellence.

Applicants that are accepted will be invited to attend the Induction Reception.

The following fees are now applicable to this program: $25 Application Fee (non-refundable). It is not a guarantee that your application will be accepted. Please read the qualifications carefully. Email or call if you have any questions. Applicants that are accepted will be invited to the Induction Reception. The ceremony will honor your achievement and you will receive a certificate to commemorate the honor.
Optional Awards:
$100 Donation. Inductee will receive a 7x9 personal plaque. 11x15 plaque, with the Inductee’s photo, will be made and displayed at City Hall. This plaque will remain the property of Horsetown USA Hall of Fame
$250 Donation. Inductee will receive a 7x9 personal plaque. 11x15 plaque, with the Inductee’s photo, will be made and displayed at City Hall. This plaque will remain the property of Horsetown USA Hall of Fame Your choice of a personalize belt buckle OR jacket. 
Nomination Form Instructions
Please fill in each of the sections of the nomination form as completely and accurately as possible. Proof of residency and ownership of horse and proof of accomplishment will be required on the horse(s) as well as proof of equitation accomplishment for people. Please refer to the criteria section on the nomination form and attach a copy of ALL verification documents to this form. Once you have fully completed the nomination form, please mail all documents to:
